Processing Time

  • We ship to most global locations outside the U.S.
  • Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 4–15 business days.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Exceptions

  • While we work hard to meet estimated timelines, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or peak seasonal demand.
  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will assist in resolving any issues with the carrier.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can file a claim and make it right.
  • Lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are not always eligible for replacement, but we will help investigate on a case-by-case basis.
